Kylie Loreen Bliss
about me:
My name is Kylie Loreen Bliss and I was born in Stephenville,
Texas on November 23, 1998. My parents, Loreen & Tim Bliss,
were so excited for me to be their very first child. I lived with my
folks on the Bliss Dairy, about a 20 min. ride from town. My
mom, Loreen, loved staying home with me and taking care of
me. They tell me that I have always been a very happy person.
Loving to smile for everyone! We loved Texas and everyone
there loved me.
Three months before my first birthday, my family moved to
Utah, where we currently live. My daddy helped to build the
dairies that we have here. We celebrated my first birthday in
our apartment we were staying in while our new home was
being remodeled. My grandma Muhlestein and Aunt Melanie
even came to see me from far away.
On my second birthday I got to share the holiday with
Thanksgiving! We had a big party with lots of food with all the
Bilss family. I liked being near so much family. My mom's
sister, Aunt Alayna and Uncle Dan even came down from
Logan to see me!
The summer before I turned three (2001) I got a new baby
sister....and a new baby brother! My mommy had twins, and
suddenly I wasn't their only attention wanter. They gave me a
book about being the big sister of twins and it made me feel
better. I knew they still loved me.
I was, and still am, a good big sister. I even learned sign
language with my mom so we could teach it to Julaine and
Jaren. They learned how to say "eat" and "milk" and a lot of
other signs really young and it was great to be able to "talk" to
them so soon. I still remember a lot of signs and like to show
my mommy that I remember them. Now that I can actually talk
with Julaine and Jaren, we don't sign as much, but we still like
to do it for fun sometimes. We did sign language with Logan,
my little brother, who was born when I was seven, too and look
forward to doing it with my new baby sister, Kiora, who was
born when I was nine!
I love school. In Preschool I had Mrs. Edwards as a teacher.
Julaine and Jaren had her as a teacher when there were in
preschool too. In Kindergarten I was one of the oldest people in
my class since my birthday falls after the deadline. I loved my
teacher Mrs. Schena. She was a lot of fun.
In First Grade I loved my teacher, Mrs. Fowles. I loved learning
to read and my mom and dad always told me what a great job I
was doing. I loved to read stories to my little sister and brother.
I loved reading and always tried to learn new ones. I was really
good at math too! I could solve problems in my head. I loved
to learn and still do! My mom says that is a good thing to love
and hopes that I always feel that way. So far so good!
In Second Grade I had Mrs. Comeau as a teacher and really
enoyed her! In third grade I had Miss Robinette and really
enjoyed the tickets and prizes that she did with the class.
Now I am in fourth grade and I still love to read! I have Mrs.
Lisonbee as a teacher and think she is the best teacher ever!
She has something no other teacher has...she has a really
cool white board that you can do almost anything on. We use
it that board instead of a chalk board.
I love animals and hope that we can get a pet someday. I love
cats. I love dogs, but dogs that I don't know kind of scare me.
But once I get to know them... then I love them too. My daddy
wants a "Newfie" someday. They are so big, but daddy says
they are really good with kids, so those dogs would be fun to
play with! I love my dad's horses and look forward to being
able to ride them all the time. I love to sing and perform with
my mom. I like to make up songs and sing them for my family.
I love my family and playing with Julaine and Jaren, Logan and
Kiora. They are my best friends. I'm friendly with everyone
and try to always include everyone so nobody feels left out. I
am learning right from wrong and try to teach others too! I try
to listen to my mom and dad and usually do a good job. As
you can see from my web site....I love the color pink, butterflies,
and flowers!
I must add, now that I am 10 yrs old my favorite color is light
blue, but didn't want to change the colors of my website
because I just love the way my mom originally did it! :)
